- Federal Employee Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Selections. If you do not know your exact selections, please provide the FEGLI deductions which can be found on your paystub
- Federal Employee Health Benefit biweekly costs. You can also find this information on your paystub
- Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) contributions, total accumulation and which funds you are invested
